1.1. I reserve the right to refuse a commission that I am not willing or comfortable to complete, including cancelling a commission midway through if an interaction with the client leaves me uncomfortable.
1.2. Unless explicitly requested otherwise, I will assume I am able to share finished commissions on my social media and website. If you do not wish to be in my portfolio, please explicitly request so.
2.1. I will draw/am happy to draw:
3.1. I reserve the right to retract the right-of-use of the resulting artwork in the case of gross misconduct or hate speech, at which point I will require usage of it to stop.
3.2. Unless specified otherwise, artworks commissioned from me include the right for usage on platforms such as, but not limited to - BlueSky, Instagram, Twitch, and YouTube.
3.3. If you are planning on using my finished artwork in your merchandise/commissions an extra commercial fee will be added. It can be negotiated before the start of the commission, and can be either in the form of an upfront fee, or in the form of royalties from purchase revenue.
4.1. Do not claim my work as your own, and please provide credit where possible.
4.2. You may NOT use the resulting commission for or in anything related to: generative AI (Artificial Intelligence), machine learning tools, NFTs, and blockchain, including promotion of such.
5.1. My current accepted forms of payment are Ko-fi and PayPal.
5.2. Payment can be done in two ways: entirely up front, or half up front and half before the final delivery. I reserve the right to choose which of these payment method applies to each commission. When paying entirely up front, additional payment may be requested upon delivery depending on revisions, commercial fees etc.
5.3. Complex commissions (intricate character design or complex scenes and interactions) may result in additional complexity fee. Such fee will be discussed before the start of the comission and will not exceed 100% of the price.
5.4. Refunds can be requested at any point throughout the commission. However, depending on how far into the commission I am, a refund may not be the full amount. The earlier a refund is requested, the more of the total amount can be refunded.
6.1. I reserve the right to add up to a 100% rush fee depending on the complexity of the commission and the deadline. Please explicitly state in your commission what your deadline is, if any.
6.2. Deadlines must be requested up front, deadlines cannot be imposed later in the process.
6.3. If a deadline is requested and I am unable to complete the artwork during it, I will inform you as soon as possible so an alternative decision can be made.
6.4. Final product will be delivered via e-mail or Discord, and will be shared with a mega.nz link to all relevant files.
7.1. Client is required to be 18+ and legally able to commit to an agreement.
7.2. Any interested clients below the age of 18 are required to have a legal guardian involved in the process of the agreement.
